The ground floor also features a living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all connected in an open-plan layout. This area is also air-conditioned and ideal for your holiday. The large garden offers various spots to relax. First and foremost is a private swimming pool with sun loungers. After a swim or a spot of sunbathing, unwind in the shaded part of the terrace. Next to the villa is a covered dining area with a dining table and barbecue, where you can try your hand at cooking. The villa is situated in one of Istria’s most beautiful areas, close to three charming medieval towns – Žminj, Svetvinčenat and Kanfanar. You can explore the countryside by bike or on foot. Many local restaurants offer the chance to sample traditional Istrian cuisine. If you’d like to prepare some of the local dishes yourself, you can buy many of the ingredients directly from the locals. For guests who enjoy seafood, the nearby Lim Channel, with its abundance of fish and famous shellfish such as mussels and oysters, is a must-visit. If you’d like to experience the hustle and bustle of the town, Rovinj – once a fishing village and now one of the most famous tourist destinations – is just a 15-minute drive away. In the area around Rovinj, you’ll find walking and cycling trails, can enjoy various water sports and sunbathe on beautiful beaches.
