"The property was wonderful. The location was great. Less than 2 min walk to the beach carrying all our stuff. The balcony had the best views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Communication with Al was easy."

"Nice size house. Well equipped kitchen. TV’s in every room. Large deck with nice size outdoor grill. Beautiful outdoor seating area with fire pit to take amazing sunset pictures. Family loved it and we’ll definitely return. "

"We stayed here with family and friends, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, had a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and the hot tub was an added bonus! Only minor comment was that we were a party of 7 and the house only had 4 beach towels. Not a big deal at all, but we're all ocean swimmers and needed more towels. Like I said minor comment. We'll definitely be back to this house in the future!"

"We had a fabulous stay at this home! We were specifically looking for a beachfront property with three king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and this house delivered perfectly. The remodel is beautiful, with large windows, a stunning waterfall island, and spacious living areas that made it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy.It was the perfect setup for me, my husband, my adult sister, and our parents for a long weekend. The neighborhood is gorgeous, the house had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!"

"Really lovely, quiet, right in the beach. Area in a fog belt so cool even in summer.Totally renovated. Nice balcony.Kitchen stocked amazingly well. I forgot sugar for coffee and they had it!Only thing I might say is that it is not 100% accessible if mobility impaired. Has a few steps to get in, and bed and shower entry are high. Would stay again."

"This is the perfect retreat for our three families, nine of us in all, while visiting the Monterey Bay area. With the beach just a minute's walk away it was perfect for building sand castles (they have lots of gear for this at the house), strolling, bird watching, or even taking a dip if you like cold water. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have rented previously. Everything worked, the area was quiet, but town was not too far away to get supplies, or to pop in to the Watsonville Public House for a local brew. Weather was cool and varied from clouds to sun. Terrific. "
