「Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh...

「The hotel is really new and certainly 5 star standard. Beautiful pools, rooms, facilities. Sadly let down by awful service. Many members of staff (more so junior) have 0 desire to be there and reflects in service standards. You’re asked to reserve restaurants, yet never 20 % full when I stayed, exemplified one night when I was asked to leave as I had no reservation - despite being 8 people in the restaurant with a capacity of 50+. The GM did a great job to resolve but generally terrible...

「The property is well placed if you want a relaxing holiday at the beach. Staff are wonderful, always happy to help and point you to the best places to visit around the area and how to get there. We visited the Tuesday local market nearby which was great. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There is a bus stop about 5min walk to the hotel that connects you to Thessaloniki if you want to travel to the airport and to the other parts of the island.」

「We loved the place and the location in general. We got the Sun apartment, cozy and comfortable for three people. The Polygyros region is beautiful, as is Kaliva Beach. But the beach is not close enough to the hotel; we solved it by renting a car, which is necessary to explore the Chalkidiki peninsula. By car, it is a five-minute ride. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel. To conclude, it's highly recommended for families and for traveling around Chalkidiki.」

- Wien 」
