"The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Portuguesa Tiete bus station and metro. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe during my 6 nights there. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Shopping Center Norte that has a Carrefour Supermarket. I plan on returning to this fabulous city in April, so the HOTEL PAULISTANO will see me again. "This was my first time in Brazil, and this hotel truly made the experience fantastic. From the moment I arrived, every staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Their hospitality exceeded my expectations and really made a difference in my stay.
The location is also excellent! The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, from casual bites to diverse cuisines at different price points, all within easy reach.

"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"
