“False advertising, when made reservation it states unlimited national Colombian beer and others alcoholics drinks. The only choices of beer is ONE club Colombia and only that one. Some of the other drinks available staff didn’t have ingredients to be made with. The mini bar in the room is another is another false advertisement, two beers to be shared.”

“I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. It gives the whole property a calm, scenic vibe, and spending time by the water especially in the evening was one of the best parts of my stay. I also have to mention the host,……

“Solo una observación, fue difícil llegar al hotel, ni los taxistas sabían la ubicación, al parecer este hotel tiene 3 meses y la fachada no se encuentra con nombre del hotel, más bien es una casa habilitada como hotel.”

“The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……
