About this property
Small pariadis, feet in the water, raised ground, 10pers!
- Very nice villa of 150 m2 with sea views, 1st line seaside, 800 m2 of land with direct access to the beach, private parking. 2 terraces to the east with furniture and barbecue and a deck to the west. Fully restored in 2011.
10 beds. WIRELESS
Rates: from 1280 to 3780 euros the week following the periods. Tourist tax included. Please note, sheets, linens and cleaning are not included in the price. But possibility to address our manager, Ms. Joelle Piedboeuf for these benefits.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, pyrolysis stove and oven safe glass; Independent toilet in the entrance; laundry room with fridge-freezer and washing machine; 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 sleeping 160, bathroom and toilet, the 2nd with 1 sleeping 140 and a 2nd 90 with separate bathroom.
1st floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, the first with 1 bed in 140, the 2nd with 3 beds including 2 in 80 and 1 in 90; a bathroom and toilet; in the corridor 1 extra bed
