“It was a very clean, quiet hotel. The staff were professional and courteous, and truly made us feel welcome. If I had to find a downside in anything was probably the breakfast only because it wasn’t that big of a selection, but it was free so not too many complaints.”

“The door lock kept jamming every time we opened it. The AC unit was hard to control. The room was either too hot or too cold. The water pressure was terrible in the sink and toilet. We asked to have the room cleaned and we were told it had to be requested at check-in. We had to get our own clean towels from the cart in the hall. Very disappointed in our stay. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Within just a few hours of checking in, I had to request a room change four times due to serious cleanliness concerns. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the toilet, and the washroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor. The second room was not any better, there was visible hair in the bedsheets, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. Across the rooms I was shown, the washrooms consistently smelled bad, and even spraying did……
