「Facilities and hotel standard were excellent but I found some of the small things very disappointing. For almost £900 for two nights I found some of the penny pinching ridiculous. Welcome treats were not replaced (it was a small chocolate!) and the vanity set was repacked into cardboard case rather than replaced - it was opened to use the cotton buds. Excellent hotel but these little things were very disappointing.」
