"Great place to stay for Mayo checkups, always clean & couldn’t be more convenient "

"We were traveling to Mayo clinic and chose this hotel for proximity. The parking was terrible. Do not stay here if you are with someone in a wheelchair of likewise disabled. The room was too tiny for us to navigate so we had to pay extra for a larger room. The noise was not bearable - kept us awake nearly all night. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. "

"Staff was very friendly. Miguel went above and beyond to help us out. Pool area is open 24hrs! "

"We arrived 30 minutes early for check in. Our room was not ready yet. Understandable. We were told we would be notified as soon as it was ready. At about 4:20 I returned to the desk. The room was still unavailable so they offered a room on 2nd floor. It was about as far down the hall as possible. Not pleased! "

"The bathroom floor had water damage, but everything else was great, especially the staff; they are very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well."

"The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath. Highly recommended."

"The breakfast was good with many different choices but the rooms are worn. The plumbing leaked and the toilet barely flushed."

"Room was clean, check in process quick, free parking and breakfast. We found the bed comfortable. It is an older property which is showing in areas like the walls and ceiling. Nothing that would stop us from returning though!"
