“Lady at restaurant (breakfast) was rude, not qualified for service industry. Although the guy at front desk while check-in was smiling, it was quite obvious that he was not willing to stay there. Apart from the above, hotel itself was good and it's 5 minutes away from the airport. Good value to stay.”

“其實離車站不遠。也就是走路10分鐘以內，但是帶著大行李箱推石板路還是蠻挑戰。所以第二天請櫃檯幫忙叫較大的計程車，畢竟我們三人有三大箱行李加上兩大袋行李袋，五分鐘路印象中是25瑞郎。飯店附近餐廳蠻多，也蠻好逛。三人房空間寬敞，浴室也有備品，空間也充足。只是浴室門是噴砂玻璃，有隱私但不算多，上廁所隔音有限。服務很好，環境也乾淨。早餐蠻豐盛，”

“The hotel located at very good location near the railway station. However the room is small and the bathroom is not friendly to users because the showerhead is very high. It’s difficult for Asian people to take it to use. Also the toilet is very high from the floor, it’s not make sense.”

“Self-checkin, 一切都自己搞定，成功checkin後，門鑰匙也是ekey. 廁所/淋浴室非常狹小，應該要多分配一些空間，too late to say so😅 員工客氣有禮👍，早餐選擇簡單，但是供應足夠！”

“It's really cheap, you can never imagine how can a branded 4 star hotel with this price, delivering so good quality! We went to the spa, price reasonable. Supermarket big enough to make some easy breakfast so just ignore the expensive breakfast. Free wifi. Just one thing: a bit far to get the train when you have many luggage. But if you just need to reach the airport, everything's just perfect!”
