My husband and I stayed at this Hotel for a few days and were happy to have booked it. It was close to everything. The train station which was used a lot and their local trolleys which we also took to go to the opera. Also it’s a street over from a long strip of restaurants so it was really nice. The girls at reception were attentive and diligent. There’s construction in front of the hotel when we were there but it didn’t bother us, we were mostly out. Overall I’m thankful I booked this place and grateful to the staff that made our stay easier.

The staff is very helpful in helping us getting around the city. The room was noisy in the daytime due to massive street construction, and noisy at night from the bar across the street. Therefore we couldn't keep the window open and with no air conditioning it was too hot for sleeping comfortably.

The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday. It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich. The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok. Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day Elevator is tiny which is the case all over Switzerland I have found. I would gladly stay here again.

Staff left for the day at 3:00 pm. Just be aware if you have check in plans later than that. Outside entry doors lock and only open with your room key. Affordable hotel near train station and old town Zurich makes it a perfect location. Rooms are very small and sparse (no tv) but only needed it to shower and sleep. Perfect for me. Good value with that considered.

Great location! Good breakfast. Close to train station and Old Town Zurich. The only thing is that it does not have air conditioning and it was hard to sleep since the room was hot and humid.
