There was absolutely no facilities which are bare minimum, like - no iron board or coffee machine or water bottles in the room. Staff was not available most of the time to make the sofa bed, and the worst of all - no one picks up the front desk phone. You literally need to walk down to them every time. Breakfast was decent and locality is well connected.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service was good. Breakfast was enough and constant for all guests with a variety of different foods catering for all. Leon and Alessia were fantastic. They were very helpful with travel info and everything else. I would also like to mention David, who was very supportive at breakfast hall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. There are halal foods, Coop stores, Lidl’s, and transportation all in walking distance between 4 to 8 mins. Staying in Switzerland is costly but it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
