The elevator didn’t work and our flat was at six floor. It was awful to carry your heavy luggage up to sixth floor. The building was under construction and messy.

Apartment was dirty when I arrived after 2pm. Had to wait until housekeeping cleaned it. TV had no power. The apartment had no cooling which made it unbearable to sleep in. Left after 1 day.

Para todos los latinos que viajen a zurich no les recomiendo esta propiedad a menos que sean estudiantes, el balcón tenia basura, el refrigerador olía horrible y en general el estado del edificio es viejo y sucio.

As a student traveller, I have never left a bad review on a budget hotel before HOWEVER, the key to the apartment did not work and we had to change rooms, there was no reception, the building itself was dirty and ill taken care of, our rooms kitchen and tv was not functional but most importantly if you happen to love the sound of trains passing by nonstop at every hour of the day and night right out your window then this is the hotel for you. I will say however that the bed was clean and comfortable which I was very aware of since I was awake for most of the night. Also it is 1h walk away from the city center and we had to rely on the tram system (which was genuinely excellent). Overall 10 out of 10 would not recommend 👍

The location is convenient as it is next to the railway station. However, I didn’t find the stay very comfortable. The mattress was quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room was described as having a garden view, but the window was fixed and covered, so it couldn’t be opened and there was no real view outside. It felt more like a room without a window. There was also a lingering cooking smell in the room, possibly from food prepared by a previous guest, which made the room feel less fresh. Because the property is next to the railway station, it was quite noisy. I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing stay or a city break. However, if you just need a place to sleep after a busy day of travelling and plan to leave the next morning, it serves that purpose.

Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, daß bei einem 11 stöckigen Gebäude der Aufzug nicht funktioniert, und das nach Aussage von Dauermietern schon seit langem. Es war auch während der gesamten Zeit niemand zu sehen was auf Reparaturarbeiten hingedeutet hätte. Das Treppenhaus dreckig, die Einrichtung mehr als spartanisch, Abfluss in der Dusche kaum vorhanden......usw,

I have to give one star, I would rather not, but since I had to let me try to justify that. 1/2 a star for being close to the train station, 1/4 for clean sheets, 2/4 for clean towels. Everything else was terrible, either broken, dirty, inadequate or unusable. Broken toilet cistern and sink. Dirty sockets, bathroom walls, bathroom cabinets, the toilet roll on the toilet brush to soak up the dirty water (yuk), the security/privacy screen on back door broken. The TV not working, no remote. 1/2 the bed ok, the other half sloping, filthy under the bed. (I didn't check under the sheets, because it would have finished me off). Broken wardrobe doors, broken kitchen cupboard door. Didn't try the iron or kitchen, the dirt put me off. The shower is atrocious, the water dribbles out and is bearly strong enough to wash properly. The balcony was filthy and had just a dirty old table, nothing like the pictures. I booked for four nights but left after 3, I just couldn't stand another night, I only stayed for 3 because I couldn't waste the money. I literally slept and washed. The environment is dreadful, broken lift which a lady said is always broken, building work inside and outside and across the road. This wakes you at 7am, like it or not. This property has no redeeming features and should not be let out in its current state. The funny thing is if the money I spent on four nights was spent directly on addressing some of these issues, it would be vastly improved. Spend more, get better.

Don't book!!! The price is far too much for this room. 1. The key handover box didn't work, after trying several times I received 2 keys and had to find out which is my room. 2. The room has a balcony, but you can't use it as the blinds were closed and stuck and can't be opened. No maintenance at all. 3. Same with the shower, it works only partly. 4. The TV I had to install and fix by myself. 5. It's very loud if you open the door, lot of train traffic. But the location is ok. 6. At least the service hotline was doing fine, they could be reached immediately and helped me. The room was rather clean. I am very disappointed that Expedia offers such a room without checking the "Swiss" quality first. No, more, sorry.
