It was nice and clean, and center of everything, close to anywhere in Zurich. The only problem was the bed uncomfortable wake up with back pain everyday, only one blanket, and tiny pillows. Nobody around to talk to to get more blankets or pillows, no early check in possible; we arrived at zurich at 1400 tired from 9 hour flight and we had to wait outside the stairs until 1500 on the clock to enter our rooms, no way to enter any earlier

close to tram stop and not too far from some attractions but if i had known id have to lug all my stuff up 2 flights of spiral stairs, i would have chosen somewhere else. there is no ac, so you have to sleep with the windows open and hope that people in the 6 or 8

The host let us make the reservation of 2 apartments for 15 ppl when the apartment could only accommodate 4 in each apartment. In the pictures we saw a sofa, Wich we assumed that it was a sofa-bed, but it wasn’t. When we asked for extra covers and pillows they completely ignored my request. Very disappointed ☹️

In a noisy area especially at night. Kitchen had basic cooking utensils but would have appreciated if dishwasher pods and laundry detergent was provided instead of having to buy for short stay. No elevator so had to carry luggage up 2 fights of circular stairs.

We stayed in attic room 403, which has two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom did not have a heater or radiator, and there was also a problem with the roof window, which allowed cold air to come inside. Because of this, the room was quite cold during our stay. Aside from this issue, the other facilities and services met our expectations.
