Great value, fab location, about half an hour's walk from the centre but felt very safe. Beautiful apartment & very comfortable bed! The only thing was that the shower was slightly precarious, although once it was on, it was very good & unfortunately the microwave was broken. But everything else was perfect & I loved Zurich, especially with all the lights for Christmas!

The location is about 1 km away from the center, but it is not a big problem since it is close to the parks to visit in the region. It is very close to public transportation. Cleaning is very successful. Pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. Home comfort provided. We were very pleased.

The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.

They were very responsive and immediate in communicating the door codes. Going in and out worked smoothly. Decent interior condition, but soft bed. Somewhat dark. Noise, distant smoke, and cooking smells from other tenants or people outside can drift into units.

The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard.

We had problems with the shutters, it was not easy to get them repaired. It took many emails and calls...eventually got repaired 48 hours later, we were there only for 2 nights:-(

Studio convenable, propre, et bien situé dans une zone calme. Kitchenette fonctionnelle avec ses ustensiles de cuisine, mais dommage qu'il manquait une grande casserole et qu'il manquait une pièce du filtre pour utiliser la machine à café.

Es handelt sich um ein reines Apartmenthaus komplett ohne Service und Rezeption. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, vor allem das Bad. Etwas fülligere Menschen hätten sicher Schwierigkeiten. Allerdings war alles super sauber und ich habe mich eigentlich wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, nur ein Wischlappen und Spülmittel fehlten, wohingegen im Badezimmer Seife, Duschgel, Haarwaschmittel und Conditioner vorhanden waren. Ich würde das Apartment wieder mieten, wenn ich wieder in dieser Gegend von Zürich wäre. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Not Really a Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel. It is a far walk to the city center and in a very suburban area (no restaurants close by).The check out time was very early, 10am. I travel all the time (twice per month) and the earliest check out I've seen is 11am. The kitchenette did not have soap or a sponge so we could not wash our dishes. There is no front staff, you enter the apartment with a code. Due to this, we had nowhere to store our luggage the last day we were here. It is clean and comfortable, but that is the only thing this place has going for it.

Stylish Living 30 mins from the city.

Great little apartment with all the 'mod cons' for a comfortable stay. Although very small, the room was clean & stylish with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom products and all you needed to cook a great meal. Approximately 30 minutes walk to Zurich 'old town' but right near Rietberg Park & museum & 10 minutes from local train station. It was a little stuffy with no fan but we had no trouble with the window open for fresh air in such a quiet neighbourhood. Well worth the extra distance from the city based on the great price in expensive Zurich!

Für den Preis, war die Unterkunft in Zürich sicher in Ordnung, allerdings konnte man auf der einen Seite nur gebückt ins Bett kriechen! Ein Dachfenster war neu, warum nicht auch das andere??? Die Heizung war entweder heiß oder kalt, ein dazwischen gab es nicht. Für Ortsunkundige ist es etwas schwierig, den Schlüssel im Stadtzentrum zu holen und dann wieder dort abzugeben. Für das Parken in der blauen Zone benötigt man einen Ausdruck in Papierform!

Schöne große und saubere Zimmer in netter Lage. Zum See läuft man ca. 15Min. direkt nebenan Bäckerei. Schlüsselübergabe trotz Nachtanreise problemlos über Check-In-Box.

Never expected this place to have no airconditioning especially its summer time. I left the window open and there was no curtain to obscure me from neighbors. There was a blind but as soon as u raise it up there's no way of bringing it down (no instructions was left on how to maneuver blinds). So i slept on my first night windows wide open and no clothing because it was hot! I can see neighbors in there kitchen and i wondered if they were watching me! But whatever! I've been travelling and needed my sleep.

Η διαδικασία για να παραλάβουμε τα κλειδιά ήταν απογοητευτική. Φτάσαμε βράδυ και έπρεπε να ψάχνουμε σε μια περιοχή που δεν ξέραμε ένα κουτί . Από εκεί έπρεπε να πάρουμε τραμ που έκανε περίπου 10 λεπτά. Γενικά τα διαμερίσματα ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και σε καλό σημείο. Βέβαια πετύχαμε περίοδο που είχε αρκετή ζέστη και λόγω έλλειψης air condition η κατάσταση ήταν ανυπόφορη
