"It's a lovely hotel that's in a very good location in Bernkastel. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the bedding. Breakfast is good, but not outstanding. At the time stayed, the fresh fruit on offer was being harassed by lots of flies which made it unappealing. I think many people appreciate the wine that is available at breakfast, but it wasn't something that appealed to me. The air conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool in the hot weather, but it was appreciated nonetheless. Our main disappointment was that the rooftop / terrace bar wasn't open for most of our stay which was a shame. For me, it was a lovely hotel, but not quite 5 star rating."

"Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist im Dach, deswegen ist diese im Sommer auch dringend nötig.Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck.Die Kommunikation mit Bernhard verlief wirklich super, er hat uns bei unseren Problemen immer sofort geholfen."

"Unterkunft in Kues ist hervorragend. Ausblick durch riesige Fensterfront vom Bett / Wohnzimmer / Küche direkt auf die Weinberge. Fußläufig bei gemütlichem Schritt mit Hund direkt entlang der Mosel bis Bernkastel ca. 30 Minuten. Sehr gemütliche und große Terrasse ebenfalls mit Blick auf die Weinberge und Burg. Im Haushalt ist alles gut sortiert und vollständig vorhanden. Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auto wird im Ort auch nicht benötigt. Ausflüge nach Koblenz, Trier oder Luxemburg auch mit Bus und Bahn im Stundentakt möglich. In Bernkastel unbedingt die Bimmelbahn zur Stadtrundfahrt nutzen. Auch der historische gelbe Bus zur Burg ist Pflicht. Mosel - Rundfahrten sowieso - besonders an Schlechtwettertagen gut geeignet. In Kues unbedingt hinauf in den Kurpark, im Ortskern zum Eiscafe Venezia und ins Kueser Brauhaus (im alten Bahnhof). In Bernkastel ist der Alte Moselbahnhof (direkt am Ufer neben der Brücke) und zum Schützenhaus über dem Ort (super Aussicht über Bernkastel-Kues) empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Edeka, Norma & Aldi) fußläufig...Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich."

"What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. Also - the nearby Zylinderhaus museum is a fun place with an amazing collection and the restaurant was very good."
