It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids (5 & 9 yrs old). Was able to request an early check-in since our flight from LAX was early. The receptionist took our luggage since we arrive early before the requested early check-in. Room is just perfect for my family and was a joy to return to at the end of walking around Tokyo. Kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. The added washer/dryer with soap is a bonus and perfect for mid week and end of the week laundry. The mid week cleaning was perfect if you plan to stay more than 5 days. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely consider booking again.

This was in a central location close to shopping, dining and the subway station. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

The room was lovely and large, with wrap-around windows and a great view of Tokyo Tower. There was a separate room with shower, bath and sink, and a "throne room" with an incredible sci-fi toilet that opened and closed when it sensed you coming in or leaving the bathroom.
Since we booked through Expedia, we were told we could enjoy a free drink in the bar, but were disappointed that the only drinks offered with the Expedia coupon were wine, beer and soft drinks.
