馬索拉塔 歷險假期之旅

We just get back from our holiday. Few important things to point out - let’s start with good one : - room was clean . -staff in the reception and restaurant was very helpful and polite . - food could be better but you have always something to choose. - great location. Now not so pleasant point: - urgent need of maintenance (missing tiles,leaking water in the lobby,also we have leak in our room too-which was fixed pretty quickly,rubbish outside of the front of the hotel). -people still reserved the lunges by the pool like a crazy with towels ( seriously are we back in the 1990?) truly unacceptable and selfish. -general maintenance in the rooms( floors are up from leaking,many people seen cockroaches in their rooms and in the pool areas…) -entertainment is absolutely rubbish!!! Seriously this is international hotel and people barely can speak English which is the international language. The guy at the pool when he was doing exercises by the pool was sexist (one of the move he pointed out to touch breast)/ unacceptable!!!! Also he is constantly singing while songs are playing which is awful- people want to enjoy holidays not listening to shouting all day on top of that the same gay doing entertainment in the evening -he is absolutely awful- he can’t put one correct sentence in English . He is also very rude- he whistles for anyone especially for women like this is extended of his speech;absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

This is the ideal place if you want a relaxing holiday. There’s plenty to do in the hotel and the staff there are amazing. Highly recommend it here

La mia esperienza é stata super positiva. In questo posto si mangia benissimo sia come qualità che come quantità. A cena venivano soddisfatti tutti i palati con una vastissima scelta di piatti. Le stanze sono ampie, pulite e moderne. Il resort offre un'ampia quantità di servizi a partire dalla spa in cui é possibile rilassarsi per 90 minuti godendo della vasca idromassaggio, doccia emozionale e sauna. Il personale é molto gentile e ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare una doccia di cortesia prima della partenza offrendoci un'intera stanza ben oltre l'orario del check out. Vi attenziono inoltre le bellissime piscine presenti nell'hotel con annesso idromassaggio anche esterno. Il resort la sera offre intrattenimento con musica del vivo e la possibilità di sorseggiare ottimi cocktail.
