This is a great hotel in terms of location and general comfort. We were able to get to the subway and trains easily. The room was comfortable, with a great bathroom, quiet location and temperature control. Only criticism is that the breakfast, although offering plenty of choices, was not always up to par. One morning, the scrambled eggs on the buffet line were cold, for example. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and considerate.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Loved the whole experience here! The gardens were beautiful. The spa was fabulous and loved the proximity too- close to Tokyo Dome.

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Perfect property to stay in Tokyo, out of the busy areas but close to everything with stores nearby...

Most restaurants open till midnight. Easy and fast transportation to Tokyo. Just beware of people on the street keep asking and harassing you to take the service they provide especially at night time.
