What a great location, across from Victoria Station, walkable to many great tourists spots. The breakfast buffet was so good! Great hotel. New and modern facility. I would definitely come back.

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet.
Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

A good local hotel within walking distance of Trafalgar Square and The Strand. However it is hugely let down by its own food facilities, the cafe in the building is tiny and they do not offer breakfast priority to guests and allow others to come in and take the limited tables. Some not even to work or meet up and just watch TV Shows on laptops. Guests should be able to enjoy food in the hotel first and foremost since they pay for the facility (hotel).
The staff service is mix and match and one was of no help at all.
Rooms have a smell - and they didn’t fix this, and are set to cold when you walk in by the housekeeping team!
Will not be back again.
