Beautiful lobby. Upon checkin they gave us a gift bag full of goodies. Room is good sized, beds are on the soft side. Too bad breakfast is extra. A long walk to old town and markets.

Honestly, this wasn't what I expected. For the high price, you're better off choosing a resort that actually feels worth it. It’s advertised as all-inclusive, but that only applies to one restaurant—which was okay, but definitely not amazing. For the others, you still have to pay 50%, and their prices are extremely high. Every little add-on costs extra.
The speedboat transfer is $114 per person for a ride that’s barely 10 minutes—many other resorts offer this for free. The deluxe villa was spacious and clean, and the island itself is well-maintained, but that’s about it.
Some staff were very kind, but checkout was uncomfortable. At 6 a.m., they were already ringing up the bill and repeatedly sending people to our villa, which felt intrusive and unnecessary.
I wouldn’t return. After two days, there wasn’t much to do, and the evenings were especially dull. I really wish I had chosen a different resort.

We had a really really nice time in this Hotel
I have to mention the the extra effort and care the staff make towards the guests to make their stay a great experience
Guru make great cocktails
Only thing to mentions and need to improve is the communication skills of the reception staff and they need to reply the emails promptly when there is a query about the bookings etc

"Water park and mins to the beach. Nice beach access. Staff are very nice but facilities seems a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was ok. So far a decent beach front hotel resort.
