Excellent location and very friendly staff.

One of us had to attend the nearby hospital for treatment over several days. Annex is a 5 minute walk. The staff were understanding, positive, generous and extremely helpful. There will be more requirements for future treatments and we will not only access Annex again and every time, but thoroughly recommend it to all who ask us!

The unit is in a great location, close to public transport, restaurants, take away and supermarkets. It can be a little rough with it being a nightlife area but pretty safe during the day.

Very good overall, but the aircon control is a pain, the “sunshine” mode just doesn’t work, it blows very cold air for a bit and then stops, then blows very cold again… it’s unpleasant in both situations, it’s either very cold or hot, never where you wanted it to be

It has charm but room difficult in terms of size and lift noise. Staff excellent and Brekky great
