Centre Island Adventure Holidays

Striking staff blocked all the entrances through the day. We had to wait hours to get into the hotel every night. The hotel refused to do anything about it or provide and accommodations.

Terrible.

Room was not as expected or as the pictures showed. I think there are many units offered there and I happened to get one of the older ones. The communication was swift only in relation to connecting payment and when I brought up my concerns I never got an answer.

Wonderful stay as always staff were very helpful and the hotel is really neat thank you so much for everything

If you are looking for a nice, upscale downtown boutique hotel in downtown Toronto, the Bisha is a good pick. Very hip and modern with black marble and pop culture artwork. Hats off to the staff who were all very helpful and friendly, especially the door staff, front desk and concierge. Only downside was the top floor restaurant that was a major letdown. Poor food and cocktails....someone needs to teach the bar staff how to make a proper old fashioned! It's a shame they are letting the great Instagram view be the only good thing...such potential! Our room was very spacious with an outdoor seating area that we really enjoyed. Everything was very clean, we also had a beautiful floating tub bathroom that was again, very spacious. I would stay here again but definitely go other places for good food and cocktails after getting outside pics upstairs.

Terrible.

Elevators were terrible. The pull out couch was broken so we had 2 kids that slept on the floor. Location and View was great but glad we only stayed one night.
