The hotel is very well situated in heart of Makati. Walking distance to different restaurants. Well maintained, clean and convenient hotel. All staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly.

The room is in okay condition but the washroom has an awful smell. We ask for it to be cleaned and the Front desk said they will send someone but until we checked out no one cleaned it.

Spacious rooms, excellent service, and stunning bay views make it worth every peso. The breakfast buffet is generous, and the location is perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and quality at a fair price.

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful.
