Fantastic location, decent-sized room, comfy bed, and all staff were friendly and polite.
The bathroom could have done with a good scrub, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

Your concierge was excellent and prompt in getting us a cab in the morning to the airport. However at your customer desk in the evening before a man with a German accent promised to arrange for transport to the airport but he failed to do so

The rooms were very spacious. Very clean. Only thing i can rate against this room was , there was no lock on the bathroom door, and dishwasher didnt work. Thats the only bad things about it. It was the pefect location. In the city, but out of the hustle of it all. China town in a 5 minute walk. Victoria markets around 15min walk. Right next door is IGA supermarket and bottle shop. The staff at Nolo are fantastic, Very warm and welcoming right from when we got there untill the minute we left. Always friendly. We had room 701. Mostly everything is new in there. Great view of the street from the balcony. Perfect spot really for a weekend getaway. Great for singles, couples and familes.

Can fault staff where amazing. All i can say is room was ment to have two double beds and parking was not booked on arrival to stay. Door latch broke when leaving with was hard to exit room on check out but was reported with reception. 😁😁 My partner and kids enjoyed the resort
