We got a welcome upgrade which was nice. We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Unfortunately, the Spa is unusable. The property has buses & trains nearby. It is reasonably close to restaurants, cafes, a small supermarket, the museum & Southbank Parklands. The staff were helpful but a little hard to understand.
