The Chateau Hotel/Resort was way better in every respect than we ever could have expected. From its splendid "palatial" construction to its more than comprehensive resort facilities (tennis & badminton courts, indoor/outdoor pools, gym, wellness centre etc etc to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff as well as its quality Chinese (Shanghai style) restaurant. Set in a quiet leafy area about 6 kms from the city centre it was refreshing to hear the birds singing from our balcony in the morning .. Geoff & Annie from Melbourne Australia

Great room and the staff (esp Hanley Ly) was very helpful in getting us a room for 4 people.

This property does not supply cots but advertised there are baby cots available. Got told by staff to have baby sleep in the middle Unfortunately baby fell onto the ground Please do not advertise baby cots available on your site and not have it Just a feedback for other travellers

Room was very nice and big - at least ours. Great view, it was 11th floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but overall nice. It was quiet and everything in the room worked well.

Great location, staffs were all very friendly and very helpful in many ways. Many high end shops within walking distance.
