Nice hotel in beautiful area. Staffs are nice. Shuttle service to universal is a plus. Lovely place.

AC worked very well. Nice having the AC or fully opening the sliding door for fresh air.

Right on the beach. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Starbucks in the lobby opens at 5 am. ABC grocery store on ground floor has all the stuff you'll need. Every employee was helpful, attentive and friendly. Room was clean and the sheets and towels very nice. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great. In my first room on 5th floor, overlooking the pool, the music was much too loud. I requested a room further away from the live music and since they didn't have one on that floor they gave me a 17th floor room for a discount. The view was wonderful there but the music was still too loud to sleep. Ask for a room on the side opposite the music. The MonkeyPod restaurant onsite is good. Could improve: Provide a dresser and a microwave. The magnifying mirrors in both rooms were coming loose from the wall; obviously not attached to a stud. The light in the shower room flashed after it was on for a while. Bed was quite soft and slightly sagged away from the middle. Water/ice dispenser was quite rusty. Even though I list things that need improvement, I would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing five nights at the Hilton Hawaiian village with a great room in the rainbow towers a nice service and attentive housecleaning crew so thank you thank you thank you for taking good care of this old time Hawaiian “Hilton honors member” and I will see you soon… best regards, michael
