Negative: Room closet door and safe were broken and the water dispenser on our floor was not working either. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

It's close to the beach. The staffs were friendly. The pool is very small

This property feels more like a tourism factory than a hotel. Completely impersonal, quite unfriendly check in. Rooms are fine and relatively quiet. But the whole property is devoted devoid of character. Stay here if you want the convenient location, but not if you want a nice hotel experience!

We love the accessibility to the beach and premium shopping nearby.

The Cons Got there after a very long long flight only to be told that our room wasnt ready. They told us to come back which we did and they told the room wouldn't bw ready till 6 because the person before us requested a late check out and was approved. What business model is that? If a room is already reserved for someone else why approve an extension. needless to say, they had to put is in another room for one night and moved us ti our the one ww paid for since we requested an ocean front view. Also be aware it's not a true beach front hotel as they market them selves as. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, meaning you have to walk a good 5 minutes to get any beach chairs etc. The pros - Good bar and pool area - Nice that they have parking on site
