A deeply disappointing return after 14 years The Cosmopolitan was my first workplace when I arrived in this country 14 years ago, and I was always proud of the strict standards in cleanliness, service, and guest care. Returning for the first time as a guest, I chose it for my business partner believing it was still one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing. Our room key did not work for parking, so I was charged twice, and the bathroom sink was clogged and still had hair from the previous guest, despite the issue having been reported several times. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern or meaningful assistance from the staff. The bars and atmosphere are still enjoyable, but the cleanliness, service, and attention to detail no longer reflect the reputation or standards this hotel once had.

The pools are pristine but small. The cleaning staff was very good. Our check in was horrible. We checked in at around 1:30 PM and room was not ready. No big deal bc check in was technically at 3 pm. At 4:30 our room was still not ready. We had dinner reservations and wanted to change clothes but couldn’t. At 7:30 we called from the restaurant and the room was finally ready. They never called to let me know bc the lady at check in wrote the number down wrong. We finally got in after dinner at about 9 PM. Just not a good start for our 25th anniversary! I’m pretty easy going but when I pay for upgrade and it’s not ready on time and I still get charged, it’s a little upsetting. They did give me $100 food/beverage credit which amounted to about 8 beers! Won’t be going back.

Clean and great location-especially if you are going to the Sphere!

It is a great hotel. Very clean & the staff are professional & nice. Rooms are in a very good condition.lots of restaurants & very convenient.
