We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Hotel Hans. The hotel amenities were a delightful surprise and we took full advantage: delicious, healthy breakfast buffet, bicycles for rent, and even running route maps next to a stack of towels. It was the perfect departure point for exploring the city without being in the middle of the tourist area. It was walking distance from neighborhoods worth exploring and just two blocks from a Metro station. We enjoyed returning home each night to the friendly bar staff, who hosted a free wine hour every evening and free cocktails each night. We enjoyed the drinks alongside games from their collection as a way to unwind from the day’s adventures. The hotel seemed new or newly-renovated, with everything clean and on point. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to others who want to enjoy Copenhagen.

Location of the hotel is excellent! Walkable to all the main tourist spots. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly. Room was nice, love the retro style rooms, however the bathrooms really need an upgrade. Room was clean enough but bathroom was a little grubby in areas, and there was a big stain on the duvet that I noticed when it was poking out the bottom of the cover. Overall, I liked the hotel and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. 24-hour front desk availability was a plus, as we flew in late at night. All staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The restaurant on-site was good and we thoroughly enjoyed the great range of breakfast foods on offer. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out too. The beds were very comfortable and temperature control was covered - with air con and opening windows. You have the option to use some streaming on the TV, although we didn't need to. Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and was very clean. This hotel is a little gem in a great position for exploring on foot or by Metro. We would certainly return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Thanks to all the staff for fantastic visit!

We picked this place for the location (close to transit options and was on the water). Staff was super friendly and helpful, we liked our room and were glad we paid extra for the balcony. Only complaint was the opaque windows to the bathroom (they let light into the bedroom at night). The amenities that come with the executive rooms were a nice surprise (maybe we missed that when reviewing the room options before booking)

Extremely expensive stay. Hotel is fine but feels much more geared toward business travellers than a family stay. Facilities in room pretty limited (no coffee machine for example). Both nights had large areas of the bar area reserved for private functions which wasn’t great. Location is excellent though.
