Love this autism friendly hotel just 2 blocks from times square. Staff is all super friendly, rooms are clean, views are amazing.
Pool was closed due to weather but that's expected.

I stayed at WestHouse while the city was in the middle of an arctic blast. My room, according to the thermostat was at 70°F, no heat to speak of even after turning the temp up to the highest setting it will allow. I called the front desk and was told the engineer would take a look but never did come. The room could use a face lift - wood panel peeling, missing switch for the light, etc). The buffet-style breakfast every morning was a pleasant amenity with the ability to get tea, coffee, etc during the course of the day. The staff was cordial from front desk, to maintenance to the buffet staff. I needed a quiet and peaceful getaway and my stay was just that despite a few hiccups.
