Everything felt easy and friendly. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities including poolside food and drinks, plenty of sun lounges etc. My only small criticism is that the restaurants felt VERY busy at breakfast, perhaps those facilities aren't quite large enough to accommodate the number of rooms in the hotel? Other than that, very nice hotel and great value!
