A nice enough resort but very large and impersonal. We had a room in the annex which was enormous, luxurious and had all the amenities. Used the swimming pool on the rooftop which was great, albeit small for the size of the hotel and I can imagine at peak periods there would be not enough sun beds. The beach is over the road and is ok, more natural than manicured but no facilities. Many small pebbles and shells so best to have water shoes if swimming.

A wonderful base in Tokyo. 2 restaurants: French and Japanese. Good breakfast with waterfall view. No room service but/restaurants/supermarket so close it not a problem No English TV, CNN, BBC etc all Japanese but suits the vibe. Staff awesome.

I adored this hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and luxurious. When I stayed there, the tides were quite low, so the swimming area was too shallow to swim. But the beach was well tended and beautiful. And the pool area was lovely. My only criticism would be that the carpets in the common area were all stained and sad looking. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay in this hotel.

Location is great, rooms are old and need upgrades

Service was amazing. Even though I dont speak Japanese they were very helpful. Facilities were clean and the amenities and shopping is plentiful. Very close to good restaurants and easy access to the public transit system. Tourists shoudl definitely get the 1 day 3day or 1 week transit pass at the front desk. Cash only.
