Beautiful room. Full view of the bridge, thus the nightly fireworks is awesome. Will definitely stay again next time in Phú Quốc. Highly recommend.

The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.

The hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Its location is perfect—Ben Thanh Market is right across the street, and most major attractions are either a short walk or cab ride away. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and eager to help. Kati Ng, in particular, stood out for her warm personality and dedication to making sure my stay was excellent. Since I worked early mornings in the lobby, I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the lobby staff who would regularly offer water and coffee, making sure I was comfortable without even needing to ask. I didn’t get to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was top-notch. There was a great mix of international staples and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff was quick to offer refills—especially when it came to my americanos, which were always spot on. If you’re visiting Saigon and want a place that combines boutique charm with exceptional service, look no further.

Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. You need what's app to communicate with host Other than this hick up we loved the stay and room and I would stay here again. The fireworks from the room was wow!!!!

The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop off, free. They have a buffet breakfast with lots of selection and it is tasty. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options and very tasty. Nice roof top pool and bar area. Spa was very nice
