Cleaniness of towels for room, and tea cups and plates at restaurant need improvement

Clean, friendly service provider, considerate and helpful when approached.

We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and warm, adjustable temperature. Nice bathroom with warm enough water. 10 minutes walk to the tube station, or 5 minutes walk to a bus station that could go to Hyde park or bond street. Which I think is quite convenience.

We had a problem with the hotel we originally booked, so we got transferred to the FRANKLIN London by Expedia promptly which we very much appreciated. The room is super cozy and amazing, staff here are helpful with warm smile. You can have variety choices for the main course of your breakfast and I really recommend to include breakfast when you stay. The hotel is very close to the Harrods, only within 5 minutes walk. Takes 8 minutes to the underground. Very convenient location with quiet neighbourhood. The only cons would be there was no electric socket nearby the bed or table, it’s a bit tricky to charges phones and other equipments. Franklin set a very high standard for 5 star hotels and we hope to stay here again when we back to London.
