Pool and location were good. Some amenities were not working and never got resolved throughout our stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the views were absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and well designed. There are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was quite confusing, and the instructions for accessing the hotel were not very clear, especially upon arrival. There was also a sewer smell coming from the bathrooms during our stay (probably because it’s a new building). Overall, a lovely property with amazing views and a beautiful apartment.

Good location near monorail station with convenience stores close by. Room was comfortable with great walk in shower. They do a happy hour of snacks and basic wine in the afternoon. Will stay again

The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast caters for all palates. The room was clean and offers great views of the Petronas Towers (if you are lucky enough to get that side). The pool was clean. The restaurant on the 15-floor served great food.

This is a great place to stay big rooms great amenities and fantastic location. But this trip was let down by the freezing air conditioning. Even at 28 degrees we could not keep it on at night to sleep and even though we reflected it to the hotel to adjust it did not improve much. I hope they can look into this if not this is an almost perfect hotel to stay.

I recently stayed at MOV Hotel in Malaysia and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I especially appreciated the clean common areas and relaxing environment. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. While there is always room for small improvements, my overall stay was very positive. I would gladly recommend MOV Hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable, and centrally located place to stay in Malaysia. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit.
