All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

We didnt have a beach view. We had a view of the marina. The pool was beautiful and everything was clean.

Everyone was really friendly from the start to the end of our trip. Salim from house keeping was a gentleman. He was really friendly and efficient. The manager on the first day along with Izza at the front desk set a great first impression. I would highly recommend this hotel

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes.
