We stayed there for two nights in two different rooms. The place itself is well-maintained and clean, but the side street where the main entrance is located was not exactly clean. The first night there were non-stop loud noises from what looked like some cleaning operation, but the street didn't look any better the next morning.

It’s on the west side of the downtown near Arts Museum (a few blocks away). It’s an upcoming neighborhood with a mixed crowd. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.
