As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time. Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

Very convenient location with nearby metro stations and Nanjing Shopping Road. Walkable to the Bund.
