We enjoyed our stay, but the property needs to be updated.

This hotel is phenomenal. Everything from the unique design and artwork throughout, room cleanliness, amazing views to the tasty champagne flight at La Vida restaurant.

The rooms are beautiful and we had a nice view of the strip. But when arrived I found a dirty Starbucks cup and a sprite bottle in the fridge, a dirty towel in the nightstand drawer. We had no wet bar. The restaurants in Ceasars are fantastic but very pricey!! Gambling was good, no big winner but good!

Everything was great. Our first morning the shower was not warm enough. They quickly took care of it and had no further issues. Very nice room. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Heidi at check in is phenomenal

The room was spotless and beautiful and all the staff we interacted with ( from front desk to concierge to housekeeping) were wonderful and helpful. My only complaint would be the fact that there was NO coffeepot in the room! Having to get dressed and go to the main floor and stand in line to buy coffee when I really wanted to relax in my room before saying good morning to the world was a huge letdown. That is the main reason i don't give it 5 stars.
