One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!

Fantastic location! Great for walking all around major attractions including Louvre, Notre Dame, Galleries Lafayette etc. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful!

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast gave a wide variety of food for everyone. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The stay was overall ok. Stayed here with my family in the junior suite for 3 nights. The room is dark, barely any natural light - maybe just my preference for a bright room. You can tell that the hotel is old but well kept. We booked this hotel for the apartment functionality of it, however, the dryer isn’t working well. Overall, we found the staff to be very nice, respectful and communicates in English very well. Great hospitality. The staff rating is 5/5.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Rooms were super clean, the Service was impeccable, and the best part was the concierge, Nicholas. What a five star man is. He knows Paris very well. I used him several times to give me places to go for dinner at the shop.. It seemed that he learned about us very quickly and was able to do breakfast to places that fit our lifestyle. The French cuisine in the restaurant was awesome. We loved it so much that we ended up eating there instead of the million other places throughout Paris. Five star all the way. Thank you so much for producing amazing memories for my fiancé and me.

Stopped overnight to catch a flight from CDG. VERY ISOLATED hotel. But self contained. Good shuttle. Free.

Chambre petite mais pour Paris, c'était bien. Salle de douche très étriquée et dommage que la porte accordéon ne fermait pas ce qui réduisait encore la surface.

The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around the city. We had some trouble accessing the luggage room on the first and last day but the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient in sorting this out for me as soon as I called them! Yes, there is no lift on the ground floor so you do have to take your luggage up yourself to the first floor but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I can find to criticise is that the dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes. I tried using it twice but it didn’t work well so I washed up by hand in the end! But overall, it was perfect for our group of 6 people and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris! Highly recommend, thank you so much to all the staff at My Maison in Paris :)
