The front end staff was excellent. The maintenance staff was rude. The cleanliness of our room was disgusting except the bedroom. The refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Under the kitchen sink was mould top to bottom. This hotel would rank around a 1 star at most. One of the elevators was out of service and the other one you have to wait up to 5 minutes for.

The staff were so helpful at checking me in late notice and changing my room to the entry level to make it easier with my bags.
Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue I had was the shower which had terrible pressure and wasn’t very hot.

This was an excellent location for attending an event at the Sydney ICC. Easy walk to the venue, and pretty comfortable and quiet in the room.
