The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we did request firmer pillows which didnt happen so we have stiff necks but aside from that it was great.
Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have experienced.

Door hinges and handles definitely need some lubricants! Squeaking noises all over the place.
Noises from the hall way easily penetrates the door.
Light switches labels are hard to read and buttons are hard to use.
Bathroom cleaning needs more attention to detail.
Staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Quite disappointed given it’s Hilton.
