Hotel doing it's best to improve amenities, few scruffy areas but you can tell they are upgrading and doing better

Room was small but OK -some maintenance not done on some room fittings. Bathroom clean. Good location. Reception felt like an interrogation.

Great rooms, staff super helpful

Very interesting hotel and location of the hotel. Close to shore walking, dining, sidewalk market (Fr -Su), ferry terminal. Pleasant and helpfull staff. No elevator, but staff helps with luggage up and down the stairs. We liked it very much.

On this occasion food from a previous guest was left in the fridge and there were no bags in the bins in the room. This was mentioned at checkout in which the desk staff apologised. Cleaning staff did appear to be hanging out talking in corridors rather than working on more occasion. I've stayed here many times in the past however this time was a bit average especially considering how expensive room prices are now.

Stayed at the 25 Hours Olympia Hotel for 13 nights and it impressed us straight away. We travel internationally often and recently moved from New York, so we notice when a hotel gets things right. This one does. The rooms feel considered and everything works the way it should. Getting coffee downstairs is easy first thing in the morning. The staff make the stay feel personal. You feel looked after from the moment you arrive. The team clearly enjoys working together and that comes through in how they treat guests. Everyone is quick to help and they do it with real warmth. Gia in particular went out of her way for us more than once. The location is great with plenty of good restaurants nearby. We were a little sad to leave.

We loved the suite set up and the great service from staff. All restaurants and cafe were wonderful - great food. We will come back and recommend to others.
