It was a great accommodation with excellent views.

We booked specific room with the bath (one bedroom) so that we can bath our 5 months old, however the status of the bath was unusable as there were soap scrum all over the bath present. I have let the house keeping know and asked to change room, but was not able to fulfil our request as the hotel was full. We were then offered full clean of the bath and house keeping the next day. Also the room was very dusty and dust present in pretty much every skirting board in the room. later found a bottle full of cigarette butts in the veranda. (also offered $50 refund but never received the funds)

convenient location with tram in front of building. great location across from the beach and pool. restaurant in the building. lots of cafes nearby. lobby is modern and spacious. room is clean and comfortable. highly recommend for St Kilda

A very comfortable bed and the room was well appointed. Great breakfast to start the day.

Excellent room, large with full kitchen. Great location close to two tram routes. Very clean. Only slight negative was the pillows, flat with no comfort. Everything else was great! Reception staff went out of their way and very friendly.

Great location we walked everywhere, the place was comfortable but not sound proofed so you hear the doors opening and shutting all the time. Found some things missing like there was an ironing board but no iron. Reception was slow, even if no guests infront of them but appreciate them looking after our bags when we arrived early.
