great room - the suite was perfect for our little family with in suite laundry. breakfast on the rooftop was a nice start to the day. appreciated the thoughtful details and the design of the hotel as well.

Room was clean and comfortable and location is easily accessible from the station.

We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

Staffs are excellent. Hotel provides transportation to and from city. Shops are close by. View of Sakurajima is priceless. Onsen is so relaxing after a day out.

I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Very clean room, all self check in , very modern

I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. Thank you Expedia for leading me to this magnificent destination.
