Beautiful rooms, super comfortable. Far enough away from the Strip to avoid the noise, and has a shuttle.

First time coming here, will be coming back staff was very friendly! And rooms were super clean

Initially, the experience was terrible. Check in was a nightmare. The room wrong and was dirty- literally trash. The light on the wall broke off when I tried to turn it on. There was a roach on the window. Went back down to the lobby and finally found someone to talk to. They put us in a different tower with a newer, clean room. Even in the new room- the phone was broken and the toiletries were empty. Definitely not the Las Vegas experience we were looking for or expected. We will not be staying at the Paris again.

The rooms were fantastic, everyone in the staff was willing to help and just excellent! Nick from the front desk at the wind sent us up a cheese tray as a congratulation for us getting married. I couldn’t ask for a better time on top of all the fun things we did in Vegas. This was the best choice we made to stay at this location. We had a King panoramic at the Encore. Everybody said this is the best place in Vegas and I agree with them!
