The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly its location! It is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The property itself was very clean, breakfast was good, and I particularly appreciated that they changed some of the breakfast selection and variety every day, so it didn’t feel repetitive. The staff were helpful and friendly, and room service was always quick. I especially want to mention Hengameh from Guest Relations, who was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. She genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to make our experience better. She is definitely a great asset to the hotel! However, there were a couple of issues with our room that were disappointing, especially considering this is advertised as a five-star hotel. First, the air conditioning system was centrally controlled, meaning we couldn’t adjust the temperature or switch between heating and cooling ourselves. On one occasion, the hotel switched the central system to heating, and our room became extremely hot. The second issue was an unpleasant sewage/toilet smell in the bathroom, which unfortunately extended into the hallway and sometimes the room itself. We contacted room service, and they came to clean the bathroom, which helped temporarily, but the unpleasant smell kept coming back whenever we entered the room.
