Room clean lack of cooking utensils and an oven rack Reception staff pleasant to deal with

The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent breakfast in a restaurant with views of the city. Staff were helpful throughout our stay.Close to bus station and tram stops and only a short walk to the river.

Great location and every staff member was kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we have a toddler who is just learning to walk and it was the perfect space for her to walk around and explore. The lolly buffet was appreciated at the end of the day when walking the city. I will stay here when visiting Melbourne in future.

We stayed 6 nights great location with the choice of 2 tram stopes along flinders street. Try the restaurant at the hotel. It was better than we thought it was going to be. The person who checked us in was a bit rude but that was the only thing that was a let down in 7 days. I didn’t get his name and I understand he may have been busy but first impressions go a long way. Other than that I would stay here again. My sister had a river view and loved it. We were at the back on the hotel it was more quiet.

Great location, perfect for a city stay.

The spa bath in the room was tiny, smaller the my standard tub at home, with a shower over it. It wasn't very high standard. The room was made up on after night 1, thought dirty cups were left behind and bathroom amenities were not replenished. Generally the room was comfortable, though for the prove point was disappointed with the finishings
