Great Ocean Road All inclusive Holidays

Great location. Rooms surprisingly quiet with comfy bed and great shower.

Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment. Very frustrating that this info couldn't have been provided in advance Also, gym access is only for residents as an induction is needed... again not as advertised Pool area is nice though and apartment had great views over the river

Older style building which gives you larger than normal rooms. Great pool and excellent restaurant. Very central location. Clever design of rooms if travelling with a family.

Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location of the city

This is a great little spot, easy walking to the theater district and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are large and decorated in the heritage style expected for this hotel. I stayed for the architecture of this hotel and was somewhat disappointed with my stay. Only one staff member was on reception and dealing with some complex issues for another customer. The wait was long after delayed flights. Was given a room with twin beds despite travelling solo. The tv service was out & no menus available in for room service that closed shortly. Once ordered down at reception, salad arrived quickly and was delicious. I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night and had a better first impression.
