猶加敦半島 全包式假期之旅

My wife and I spent a week at GR Solaris Cancun and overall had a good vacation, but that was more because of the time we spent together than because of the resort itself. The highlight of our stay was our oceanfront room with a private plunge pool. We spent most of the week sitting by the pool, enjoying the ocean view, watching beautiful sunsets, relaxing, and catching up on much-needed rest. For someone who normally gets up around 3:00 a.m. for work, this trip gave me the chance to slow down, take naps, and recharge. We also enjoyed exploring the area. Our excursions to Tulum, an ATV adventure, and swimming in a cenote were some of the best parts of the trip. We paid for a deep-tissue massage that was excellent and worth every dollar. As for the resort itself, our experience was mixed. We felt there was a noticeable difference in how members and non-members were treated. Several restaurants, bars, and amenities were either closed or had limited availability during our stay. We understand it was a slower time of year, but it often felt like many of the advertised options weren't fully available. We were invited multiple times to attend a membership presentation. After considering it, we declined. The perks being offered simply weren't enough to justify the commitment for us. We enjoy traveling to different destinations and don't see ourselves returning to the same resort often enough for a membership to make sense. Would we return? Probably not. Air conditioner poor

Beautiful grounds, restaurant reservations can be challenging. Overall food options are limited. Took longer for some essential room restocking and cleaning at times.

We had a wonderful trip. The staff were excellent, they truly made you feel like you were on vacation. We participate in the family concierge and had a sweet. Beautiful view, clean room. The kids had a blast at the kids club and playing in the kid pool with the waterslides. Our concierge Jared was great and Luis our pool waiter was unbelievable. Great recommendations and very personable.
