This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was not we expected. It was not what we eat in the morning like rist, vegetables and other Chinese food which is not usual for peoples coming from far countries. Everywhere in the world eat most people cheese in the morning but here people working don't even know what cheese is!!!. For the dinner the same food is provided as in the morning, no real good meat and other varieties.

Overall environment and cleanness of the hotel is great. However, service of staff at restaurants have to be improved

Water in the shower had inconsistent temparature. Extreme hot to extreme cold.

The property itself is pretty nice and the staff are fantastic, but it's worth noting that this location is actually a 20 min walk from the closest metro station and a further 10 mins on the subway away from People's Park. There is another Dayin just a few minutes walk from People's Park - don't get confused like I did!

Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.

Definitely recommend this amazing location for your next trip. Excellent staff and various amenities offered!
