Favourite hotel in Benidorm. Staff are wonderful stayed for Xmas & new year the gala dinners & entertainment was amazing! We upgraded to SELECT it’s well worth it comfortable seating help yourself to premium drinks

Hotel itself was immaculate and all staff were friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and of good quality. Similarly the bars with good variety of drinks including cocktails. Only criticism was the bedroom. Though very clean with comfortable beds it hardly can be described as "de luxe". No writing ...

Chairs being taken up with towels for hours and no one using them. No dishes and cutlery in room.Beds were comfy but pillows were horrible.
